Here is a summary of just some of the things that will make your office even more productive:   New Messaging Features Folder List Optional folder list shows up on your inbox and lets you drag and drop items directly to it. Has favorites area for frequently used folders. Simply click on a folder to open it. You can also use drag and drop to arrange sub-folders. Voice Messages A new message type in PHONEslips lets you quickly record a voice message and send it just as easily as taking a memo.* Incoming voice messages show up in your inbox with their own icon and can be played with one click. For many people, talking is faster than typing and speech can also convey more information, like tone and emphasis. You can also add text, images and attachments to the voice messages, making them a great communication tool.
